PDPC's E-Learning Programme
Get to know the essentials of the PDPA through this interactive learning tool developed by the PDPC. Modules 1 to 5 cover the basics you will need to know about the key terms and organisations’ obligations under the PDPA, and offer ways in which data protection officers can develop good data protection policies and practices.
Each module will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. These modules are best viewed on Internet Explorer 9, Google Chrome 36 or Mozilla Firefox 30 at a screen resolution of 1024×768 or higher. Module 1: Key Terms used in PDPA
One of the first steps to understanding PDPA is to be able to understand the Key Terms that are being used with PDPA.

In this day and age, technologies and digital data storage solutions play a key role in the management of Personal Data in terms of the process of collection, updating, retrieval, archival, storage and the eventual process of the destruction of Personal Data.

Module 7: Disposal of Personal Data in Physical and Electronic Medium
Just as the process that governs the collection and retention of personal data is important; equally important is also the disposal of Personal Data that is being stored in Physical and Electronic medium. Learn more on how we can properly dispose Personal Data that is no longer needed the proper way.
